Exam pattern
NEET exam pattern 2025 is mentioned below to help students effectively prepare for their NEET UG medical entrance exam. According to the NEET 2025 exam pattern, the test will include three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Each subject will feature 50 questions divided into 2 sections:
- Section A with 35 questions:
Candidates should attempt all 35 questions included in Section A. - Section B with 15 questions:
Candidates could attempt any 10 of the 15 questions included in Section B. If a candidate attempts more than 10 questions in Section B, only the first 10 will be considered for evaluation.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a 3-hour and 20-minute exam consisting of 200 questions. Candidates are required to answer 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (including Botany and Zoology).
Marking Scheme
Candidates will receive 4 marks for each correct answer, and there will be a deduction of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.
